@breezeline We lost all services three times today. The previous company used to have a recording at the outset about general service disruption in an area. Why don't you do the same instead of talking to a machine and being told about long wait to talk to an agent?

We are officially leaving @breezeline the customer service is horrible. they dont honor the contract from @WOW_WAY follow my advise and leave them to. they have no idea whats going on. hold times are way too long and no call backs as promised.

@breezeline We have lost all connections: internet, cable, and phone- here at Great Mills, MD. Called the support line and a recording says there is 90 minutes wait. Why don’t you hire more customer service reps. This is second disruption in a week

@HooverRx @breezeline The only resolution presented to me so far has been "We'll send a tech out to see what's wrong, but it will cost $50.00. It's up to the tech whether you get charged the $50.00. Completely unacceptable. You broke it. You fix it.

@breezeline representative 'Indiana' swore she would call me the next day after I sat on hold for 60 then with her for another 45, after they charged me $136.99 for a $60.05 bill. Swore she'd call me next day. She didn't. Chat is down and I don't have 2hrs 2day. Chargeback?

@TheCodeIsTheLaw @breezeline I got a similar response. Next service date is a week away. Strange that @breezeline would consider this acceptable, leaving customers without service. Did they give you a credit to your account for the disruption?

.@breezeline Hopefully, you get it together soon. I've been having connectivity issues all week, mostly in the mornings for an hour or so, but today, my connection was out for a few hours. It came back up, but has been slow ever since; just 4% of the speed I pay for.

@breezeline is a perfect example of what happens when companies let Millenials/GenY make decisions. Everything being computerized isn't necessarily better. Get a DM that they can't help over SM. Call the number 17x I have to scream "Representative"only to be told the wait is 1hr+

@breezeline Hi, transferring customer from WOW. I had three email accounts with them. Two of those seem to be working OK, bu the third one seems to have not made the transition. I've been able to get in to webmail OK with the first one, but the third one says "account not found"

Hey @breezeline maybe just throw the switch back to @WOW_WAY..never had a problem with them. Or I can start looking elsewhere. You're not getting paid until this is fixed.

@garygastelu @breezeline Their "support" webpage linked in their profile takes you to a nonsensical flowchart of troubleshooting steps - none of which allow you to report an outage or even see an outage map.Through the powers of FB, I've found 5 neighbors also suffering from an outage...
